JSC "Techsnabexport"
has successfully promoted isotopic produce manufactured by
Russian enterprises to the foreign market for already 40 years.
Foreign economic activities related to the isotopic products
exports are implemented by the incorporated Department of isotope products within the structure of JSC "Techsnabexport".
Department of isotope products is an attractive trade partner for
Russian enterprises as it possesses significant experience
and authority at the international market and is actually
the sole firm in Russia that obtains general export licenses
of the Ministry of Economic Development that facilitate to
exercise prompt deliveries of a wide range of isotopic products.
The produce of Department of isotope products embraces over
60 articles of radioactive isotopes, fabricated in nuclear
reactors' cyclotrons including those derived from irradiated
nuclear fuel as well as dozens of ionizing radiation source
types on the basis of these isotopes and radio isotopic labelled
compounds. The produce involves nearly 200 articles of stable
isotopes and a number of compounds in which natural elements
are substituted by stable isotopes, including hydrogen substituted
by deuterium (deuterium compounds) and heavy water.
Sustainable volume of export testifies to a strong position
of the Department in the World Market. Today we furnish export deliveries
amounting to about 50% of the total isotopes exported from
Russia. At the same time share of exported finished products
increases steadily and in 2002 it made up for one third from
the total export volume.
